Providing a good service and getting to know all my customers on a personal basis.
First car?
Ford Fiesta Ghia 1.0 in silver, it was ace. I was the only one out of my friends to have electric windows. I passed my driving test on the 4th go with 14 minor faults.
Current car?
Black 1.4 Renault Clio. It's ace, I love it. Just need to add a few more extra's to it.

Depends what mood I’m in.
