Role
Most things operational, from In-Life mechanical queries, assistance with problematic vehicles, to collection and repatriation of end of contract cars including damage recharges, disputes, driver training etc. I also carry out a number of Customer/Supplier/Insurance Company presentations as well as maintaining a focus on Manufacturer and Customer relationship management.
Which part of the job do you enjoy most?
All aspects are enjoyable in their own way, however there's nothing more rewarding than finding agreeable solutions to problems and queries.
First car?
Hillman Minx which cost £35.00, which was a lot of money back then!!
Current car?
Volkswagen Passat CC, I have to say it's a great car.
Favourite drivetime listening?
Smooth FM, it's a good mix of music, without the head banging!!!!
Hobbies/interests?
Golf is the thing I really enjoy, frustrating, rewarding but always enjoyable. Dining out and the Theatre are good too.
